Register Adult Ballet w/ Cricket Foster (Jan–April) | Thursdays 10:00-11:30 AM | Month-to-Month, No Contract Join us for an inspiring Adult Ballet class focused on developing balance, flexibility, strength, and grace, all while improving posture and technique. Rooted in the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Method—renowned for training some of the world’s most iconic prima ballerinas—this class offers a connection to the rich history of classical ballet. The class is designed for all experience levels, starting with foundational techniques at the barre and progressing to graceful movements across the floor. Whether you’re a beginner or returning to ballet after time away, this welcoming environment will help you build confidence and skill at your own pace. What to Wear and Bring: Ballet attire or form-fitting activewear is recommended. Socks are acceptable, though ballet shoes are encouraged as you progress. Ballet shoes are available for purchase at the studio. Long hair should be secured away from the face. Please avoid wearing excessive jewelry or items that create noise. Register Pilates Mat with Cricket Foster (Jan–July) | Thursdays 9:00–9:50 AM | Month-to-Month, No Contract Mixed-Level Classic Pilates Mat Class This structured workout is designed to progressively challenge your body while focusing on foundational principles. Originally called “Contrology,” Pilates is rooted in six key principles: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. Each movement is thoughtfully designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility, with the option to progress to more advanced exercises as you grow in your practice. Our Pilates Mat Class emphasizes small, controlled movements, with a strong focus on strengthening your core muscles—both front and back. It’s an excellent way to improve posture, reduce back pain, increase flexibility, and develop long, lean muscles. What to Bring and Wear: Wear form-fitting clothes, such as leggings and a fitted top, to allow for ease of movement and proper alignment. Bring your own Pilates mat.
